OFAC publishes civil enforcement actions one at a time on its website.

I compiled all 52 actions from January 2022 through March 2026 into a single document.

The result is a 419-page PDF containing:

• enforcement releases

• settlement agreements (where published)

• a table of contents with penalty amounts, sanctions programs, and egregious/VSD flags for each action

Entities include companies across finance, crypto, logistics, real estate, and manufacturing.

This can be useful for:

• sanctions compliance research

• enforcement trend analysis

• understanding how OFAC weighs aggravating and mitigating factors

• feeding into an LLM to explore patterns across cases
